DK Wings Terms & Conditions — everything laid out clearly in English

Dk wings is an internationally licensed online betting and casino platform built specifically to serve users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to both the dk wings website and mobile app.

Please read these terms carefully before using any dk wings service. By creating an account or placing a bet on dk wings, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

These terms are also available in English. In the event of any interpretive discrepancy between the English and Bengali versions, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on dk wings. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

• Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or using the same identity document is strictly prohibited.
• It is solely the player's responsibility to keep their account login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• To complete account verification (KYC), you may be required to submit a copy of your national ID or passport.
• Dk wings reserves the right to verify account information at any time.

Deposits at dk wings can be made via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by method — check the Cashier section for current limits.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, your balance is usually updated within a few minutes. If it has not reflected within 30 minutes, please contact support.
• Dk wings does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply a small charge.
• Suspicious transactions may be held and reviewed as part of our anti-money laundering measures.

A completed KYC verification is required to make withdrawals on dk wings. For verified accounts, withdrawals via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within an average of 10 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• To withdraw from your bonus balance, the specified turnover requirement must be met.
• Dk wings reserves the right to carry out a verification process on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• In cases of false information or suspicious activity, dk wings reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

Dk wings regularly offers welcome bonuses, cashback, free spins, and other promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

• Before claiming any bonus, please read the applicable turnover (wagering) requirements carefully.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is not permitted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — not until the required turnover has been completed.
• Dk wings reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Dk wings offers betting on cricket, football, tennis, badminton, and more. Before placing a bet, make sure you understand the odds and the rules of your chosen market.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, bets on that match are generally voided and the stake is returned.
• If a match does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be considered void.
• If an abnormal value appears in the odds due to a technical error, dk wings reserves the right to void that bet.
• Live bet odds change rapidly once a match is underway. In the event of any discrepancy due to latency, dk wings's decision is final.
• Using any arbitrage strategy to guarantee a profit across multiple bets is prohibited.

All casino games at dk wings are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every spin or round is completely random and independent of previous results.

• If your connection drops, the game result is saved on the server. Once you reconnect, the correct result will be displayed.
• If a technical error prevents a game round from completing properly, that round may be voided.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Any issues arising from a disconnection will be verified against the game history.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slots game is available in that game's info section.

Dk wings strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, or using a false identity to collect bonuses.
• Placing bets using software bots or any automated method.
• Knowingly exploiting any system bug or error to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
